Natural wine fans take note! “Le Couchant,” which means “the sunset,” is the top white wine of Les Pervanches, and among Canada’s best wines. It is made from some of the oldest Chardonnay vines in Quebec, planted in 1992. Creamy and nutty, with notes of zesty lime and salinity.
